GV – Green Village residential development

Green Village began as one of the most complex challenges our studio had taken on. The site, a generous plot with partially built homes and bare foundations, needed to be reimagined as a cohesive residential community with shared green spaces and family‑friendly amenities. In collaboration with architect Jānis Kravalis and landscape designer Ieva Strazda, we reimagined and carefully integrated existing structures, introducing new architectural elements that brought visual unity across the property.

Signature features include custom-designed iron gates and guardrails and a distinctive bas-relief motif applied to each building’s facade. A refined, consistent palette of interior and exterior materials ensures every home feels connected. Our intent was to bring harmony to the entire development, visually and functionally, elevating it from a fragmented construction site to a place with identity and enduring appeal.
