B43 – Heritage residential property by the coast

Set in a serene natural landscape, this multi-phase residential project reflects a life well-travelled, deeply rooted in tradition. What began as a small guest house renovation evolved into a full transformation with the main house, secondary structures, and interiors, designed to celebrate family, host with grace, and stand the test of time.

The design approach focused on timelessness, harmony, and high craft. Every room was conceived for everyday living and meaningful gathering with high-quality materials, textures, and light enhancing the feeling of comfort, elegance, and connection to nature across decades, not trends.

What started as a modest renovation became a trusted, long-term partnership. Initially reserved, the client’s confidence deepened with each project phase. With mutual understanding, we progressed from the guest house to the main residence, a second home, and multiple other spaces.

Finishes include custom-designed Sucupira floors by Heritage Parquet, delicate De Gournay wallpapers, Serip lighting, bespoke built-in furniture, and hand-painted ceiling murals adorn the property.
