Located in a prominent new building on the edge of the Old Town, this elegant apartment was designed for clients with a deep appreciation for classic design and refined detail. From our earliest conversations, it was clear that a timeless approach would resonate - one that blended historic elegance with modern functionality.

Ornate ceiling mouldings were paired with a soft grey palette across walls, panels, and built-in elements, creating a calm, balanced backdrop. Rich Sucupira wood flooring contrasts beautifully with marble tiles, while rare marble slabs were selected for the fireplace, TV wall, and custom-designed mantelpiece made by Agni.

At the heart of the apartment is a one-of-a-kind bas-relief artwork by sculptor Aigars Zemītis, created specifically for this home. Every design choice reflects a belief in quiet luxury, where each element is custom-made, thoughtfully placed, and built to last.
