T18 – TAL residence & modern penthouse

Set within a luxury new-build in the heart of downtown, we designed this modern penthouse as a quiet sanctuary above the city. The brief: a timeless, refined space with thoughtful details that reflect the client's appreciation for quality and understated elegance.

Inspired by the grace of wild egrets, the design centres on balance and lightness. A nearly 9-metre-long sculptural wall acts as the focal point in the living room. We developed each space with care to ensure seamless function and visual continuity throughout.

Custom white oak floors and wall panels ground the space in warmth. The highlights include a hand-crafted glass backsplash by AM Studio and lighting by Brand van Egmond. The finishes are kept natural and tonal, while integrated technology enhances comfort without disrupting the aesthetic.
